If you received this error prompt after you entered your Personal ID and password:
Follow these steps in order to troubleshoot:
- Clear your browser's history cache to remove any incorrect information that may be stuck in the cache, and try again.
- Click "I forgot my password" at the lower right corner to reset your password.
- If you are still getting the "Incorrect" prompt, ask your teacher or librarian to locate your ID and reset the password in the NoodleTools administraiton area.
