If you received this error prompt after you entered your Personal ID and password: 



Follow these steps in order to troubleshoot:

  1. Clear your browser's history cache to remove any incorrect information that may be stuck in the cache, and try again. 
  2. Click "I forgot my password" at the lower right corner to reset your password. 
  3. If you are still getting the "Incorrect" prompt, ask your teacher or librarian to locate your ID and reset the password in the NoodleTools administraiton area.
