How to search for a particular project

Overview: By default, only projects associated with the current school year are displayed on the Projects screen, so you may need to do a title search or change that school year filter to locate a specific project.

Instructions


Option 1: If you know a keyword in the project's title: 


Step 1:

On the Projects screen, in the search field at the top, enter a title keyword for a project you're looking for. Note: When searching, it currently looks only at projects' titles, not their contents.



Step 2:

Click the search button or press Return. All projects with titles matching the keyword are displayed (independent of the school year filtering).



Option 2: If you remember what school year the project was created but not its title:


Step 1:

On the Projects screen, open the school year filter dropdown and select a school year. 



Step 2:

All projects created during the selected school year is displayed. If there are a large number of projects for that school year, you may need to use the page navigation bar at the bottom to find your project.
