Overview: If you have forgotten your personal ID (username) for NoodleTools, follow the steps below to recover it based on your account type.

Instructions
User account under a school/college subscription:
If your school uses Google, Microsoft 365, or Clever SSO ("single sign on") to access NoodleTools, you do not use a separate username/password to enter NoodleTools. Just click the button on the right side of the NoodleTools login screen to enter. If you've forgotten how to log in to your Google, Microsoft 365, or Clever account, you'll need to ask your teacher or librarian for help with that.
If your school does not use one of those SSO options for access, your teacher or librarian may be able to use the school's NoodleTools administration tools to locate your username using your name or the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided when you registered.
Individual license:
Go to https://my.noodletools.com/logon/forgot_password_individual, enter your email address (leave the "Personal ID" field empty), and click Retrieve Login.
NoodleTools MLA Lite account:
If you don't need existing work, you can simply create a new free MLA Lite account. Alternatively, if there is work you need, contact NoodleTools via the helpdesk. In the "Description" field, be sure to provide your name and the last 4 digits of the phone number you provided when you registered.
