Instructions

Step 1:

On the Sources screennext to the citation you want to deleteclick the "More options" icon button (three dots) and choose "Delete."

Note: To remove multiple citations at once, mouse-over the darker gray area immediately to the left of the first citation (or on an iPad, long-press on a citation) to reveal the multi-select checkboxes, mark the checkboxes next to the entries you wish to remove, and click "Delete" in the options window that comes up at the top of the screen.

Step 2:

In the "Delete" window, select the checkbox if you want to remove the notecards linked to the deleted source(s). Note: If you choose not to delete the notecards, they become "thought cards" (displayed at the top of the Sources screen if you select the option to show all notecards).

Note: To recover citations that were deleted, see "How to restore an accidentally deleted source."
