I forgot the ID/username for my account

Overview: If you have forgotten your ID/username for NoodleTools, follow the steps below to recover it based on your account type. 

This article applies to: 

✔︎ NoodleTools School Subscription

✔︎ NoodleTools Individual License

✔︎ NoodleTools MLA Lite

✗  NoodleTools Express

** Important: If you do not enter through SSO (Google, Microsoft 365, Clever or ClassLink), and you have logged in since August 2024, your ID/username is the email address you verified for your account.

Instructions

User account under a school/college subscription:

If your school uses Google, Microsoft 365, Clever or ClassLink SSO ("single sign on") to access NoodleTools, you do not use a separate username/password to enter NoodleTools. Just click the appropriate button at the bottom of the NoodleTools login screen to enter.

If your school does not use one of those SSO options for access, your teacher or librarian can use the school's NoodleTools administration tools to locate your login.  

Individual licenses and MLA Lite accounts:

If you have logged in since August 2024, your username is the email address you verified for the account. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact contact NoodleTools via the helpdesk.
